Soft Skills

Strategize, ideate, and manage strategic projects from inception stage to project closure ensuring completion of the project and handover to the relevant stakeholders.
Define program success metrics and drive accountability across all stakeholders to achieve the project goals.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and present program reports for the leadership team for reviews.
